Do I need to be home?

Not necessarily, but FitWhip is frozen, so we strongly recommend bringing your order inside as soon as possible after delivery (or having someone available to receive it promptly). Your 6-pack will be packed for frozen local delivery and may contain dry ice. We’ll notify you when your order has been delivered, so please keep an eye on your phone.

Dry ice note: If dry ice remains in your package, avoid touching it with bare hands and keep it away from children and pets.

I live in a gated community. What should I do?

Please input your gate code, guard instructions, unit number, or any other important access information in the Delivery Instructions section of your checkout, as well as a valid phone number so we can reach you if necessary. If you're unsure or forgot, just email pints@getfitwhip.com with your order number and delivery instructions.
