Shipping policy

Where we ship
FitWhip ships exclusively within our 48-hour UPS Ground zone from Southern California to California (CA), Arizona (AZ), Nevada (NV), and Utah (UT).

Why don't we ship other places?
Because FitWhip is a frozen, dry-ice-packed product, we currently limit our shipping region to areas that can be reached within a safe 1–2 day delivery window via UPS 2-Day Groun Shipping from our production facility in Southern California. This ensures your pints arrive solid, cold, and ready for your freezer.

We only ship to areas where your order can safely arrive frozen. 🧊

We ship all orders using UPS Ground with dry ice, which typically delivers in:
• 1–2 days throughout California  
• 1–2 days to Nevada, Arizona, and Utah  

If your delivery address is outside these four states, Shopify will automatically prevent checkout and display a message that shipping isn’t available yet.

When we ship
Orders placed by Friday at 5 PM PT ship the following Monday through Wednesday.
We don’t ship on Thursdays or Fridays to avoid weekend carrier delays that could cause melting.

Delivery details
All orders are shipped frozen with insulation and dry ice.
Please track your delivery and bring your package inside immediately upon arrival. Once received, place your FitWhip pints in the freezer as soon as possible to maintain the best texture.

Transit delays
Extreme weather or carrier delays may occasionally extend delivery times. We’ll always monitor shipments closely, but once a package leaves our facility, transit times are ultimately in UPS’s control.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships.
